Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh Cook (born on the 4th of October 1979) is an American actress and model. She has starred on the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also appears as part of the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker who was a stand-up comedian, and JoAnn Cook, a cooking instructor and weaver. She is part-Italian. Cook was first seen for the first time in a public service advertisement for foster care at seven years old. Her career began as a child model at age 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target and Milk-Bone dog biscuits. Cook was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
